ABLOOM grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use this service in accordance with this agreement.
5.1 To access our services, you must create an account. Upon successful registration, ABLOOM will issue you a user account (ABLOOM ID), for which you will set a username and password. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and you are fully accountable for all activities conducted through your account.
5.2 Once registered, you can use your account to access various services offered by ABLOOM . Your usage of these services signifies your acceptance of the terms applicable to those services, as well as any relevant announcements from ABLOOM .
5.3 The ownership of the ABLOOM ID (i.e., ABLOOM user ID) remains with ABLOOM . By completing the registration process, you gain the right to use the ABLOOM ID. You must provide accurate and complete personal information, and keep your registration details updated. You bear all liabilities arising from any inaccuracies in your registration, and ABLOOM is not responsible for such issues.
5.4 You are prohibited from transferring, selling, or lending your account and password to others. If you allow someone else to use your account, you assume full responsibility for all actions taken by that person.
5.5 Our privacy policy explains how ABLOOM collects and utilizes user information. You acknowledge that you fully understand and agree to ABLOOM’s processing of your information as outlined in this policy.
6.1 Interpretation and Value-Added Services: We offer book interpretations and various additional services.
6.2 E-book Reader and Related Services: You can utilize ABLOOM's reading features to access and read e-book files, enabling functionalities such as font adjustments, text-to-speech, highlighting, note-taking, and more.
6.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all new products, features, and services introduced by ABLOOM will be subject to this agreement.
6.4 Third-Party Content: PEABLOOM ERLET may link to external platforms providing free reading material. We are not liable for any copyright or ownership disputes regarding such content. Please contact the third-party provider to resolve any issues.
Membership Purchase: Recharge your account to become a member and access exclusive member services.
One-Time Purchase: Make purchases based on the prices displayed for the content or services.
8.1 Users must engage with ABLOOM services lawfully and ethically, adhering to the laws and regulations of the relevant jurisdictions. Users agree to refrain from using this service for any illegal or improper activities, including but not limited to the following:
8.1.1 Uploading, sharing, or transmitting information that includes:
8.1.1.1 Threats to national security, leaks of state secrets, or actions undermining state power;
8.1.1.2 Damage to national honor or interests;
8.1.1.3 Incitement of ethnic hatred or discrimination;
8.1.1.4 Violations of national religious policies or promotion of cults;
8.1.1.5 Spreading rumors or disrupting social order;
8.1.1.6 Promoting obscenity, violence, or criminal activities;
8.1.1.7 Defamation or violation of others' legal rights;
8.1.1.8 Infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or patents;
8.1.1.9 Dissemination of false or harmful content;
8.1.1.10 Any other restricted or prohibited content under applicable laws;
8.1.2 Using the service for illegal purposes;
8.1.3 Not engaging in the following activities:
8.1.3.1 Collecting user data for unauthorized commercial activities;
8.1.3.2 Attempting to access accounts that do not belong to you;
8.1.3.3 Disrupting ABLOOM’s services, including hacking or spamming;
8.1.3.4 Interfering with other users' enjoyment of ABLOOM services;
8.1.3.5 Impersonating any person or entity;
8.1.3.6 Attempting unauthorized access to any service or account;
8.1.3.7 Engaging in activities that harm ABLOOM’s reputation;
8.1.3.8 Any behavior that violates this agreement.
9.1 ABLOOM reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service and reclaim any associated benefits without prior notice in the following situations:
9.1.1 Violation of this agreement;
9.1.2 Breaching applicable laws or infringing on the rights of others;
9.1.3 Creation of multiple accounts suggesting misuse of the service;
9.1.4 Any other situation deemed necessary by ABLOOM .
10.1 This agreement is governed by the laws of the relevant jurisdictions.
10.2 Any disputes arising from this agreement should first be addressed through negotiation. If unresolved, either party may seek resolution through the competent court where ABLOOM is located.
11.1 This agreement represents the entire understanding between you and ABLOOM regarding your use of the service, overriding any prior agreements.
11.2 If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
11.3 ABLOOM reserves the right to modify this agreement at any time. Amendments will be posted within the application, and your continued use of the service after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised agreement.
11.4 You agree that any notifications from ABLOOM may be communicated to you electronically or via the contact information provided during registration.
